"We must prepare young people for living in a world
of powerful images, words, and
sounds"
UNESCO,
1982
Students
selected their own songs to use for this assignment. They were asked to choose a
popular song from the 2000’s and create an original video that pays tribute to
the memorable people, events and fads of the decade. Click here for specific project directions and
content requirements. Mr. Chase created the sample project for the 1970’s which was the decade when he was about the same age as his students
were during the 2000’s.
